The Renewal Process

Each year, all organizations are required to complete the renewal process. The goal of the process is to ensure that organizations are still functioning effectively and fulfilling their designated mission, as well as to identify issues that organizations are having e.g., membership concerns, concerns about finances, administrative questions, etc.

1. Renewal forms are distributed to club leaders digitally

2. The renewal forms will be submitted back to CSI

3. The outgoing and incoming Student Alliance Executive Committee will jointly hold 15-minute meetings with each organization to approve or modify budget and organizational renewals for the upcoming academic year. During this meeting the budget requests will be modified to reflect the approved budgets and line items.
